What I collect. If you download the assessment template, I store your email (and optional name) as a lead. The site also records first-party analytics events (page views, section views, button clicks, booking intent) with path, referrer, UTM parameters, coarse device class, and Cloudflare-derived country/city. IP addresses are stored only as a hash, not raw.
Why. To deliver the template, remember interested people, improve the site, and follow up if you booked a call or asked for help.
What I don’t do. I don’t sell your data. There is no ad-tech pixel on this site.
Session recording. Marketing pages load Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so I can see where the site confuses people. Clarity masks text input by default, and I use it for UX research only. It does not run on the admin area. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Email (Canada / CASL). Submitting your email for the template is consent to be contacted about AI assessment services related to that request. You can ask to be removed anytime by emailing me.
Booking. Calendar booking is handled by Google Appointment Schedule; Google’s privacy policy applies to that flow.
